The Premier League season has started again.
Arsenal lost Viera and Edu and have not signed any significant talent. They are moving into a new stadium that has cost them too much money and arguably the last championship. Wenger is going into the new season with an aging team buttressed by Henry, Pires, Bergkamp, Sol Cambell, and Toure.
They won their first game against Newcastle 2-1 but that was after Jermaine Jenas was unfairly sent off leaving Newcastle with 10 on the field.
Chelsea on the other hand has purchased every good player in Europe, Africa, and South America. I don't quite understand the economics of the club but I guess it helps to have a Russian billionaire as owner.
So this season begins differently for Arsenal. The team is much less confident than last year and Chelsea seems even stronger. How will it end?
